What End User Submissions are and how the lead-capture workflow works.
What is EUS?
End User Submission (EUS) is TowerCoverage's lead-capture system. You embed a form (or map) on your website where visitors enter their address to check service availability. Each submission is scored against your coverage maps and saved as a lead.
The workflow
- Enable EUS Data Collection on a Multi Map, or embed a standalone EUS form.
- A visitor enters their address and contact info.
- TowerCoverage checks the point against your coverages and records the result.
- The lead appears under EUS Data with a map pin colored by status.
Managing leads
Go to EUS Data → Data List to search, filter, sort, and organize submissions into folders by state/city/pin status. You can reprocess, resend confirmation emails, export to CSV, or delete records.
